自制豆浆【Homemade Soy Milk】在家就能做,营养又好喝!

材料:黄豆300克(可浸过夜)

糖水:水750ml、糖300g、班兰叶3片(洗干净,打结备用)、老姜2片

做法:

1、将糖水用料煮滚,取出班兰叶及姜片待用。

2、黄豆浸泡6小时或过夜。再把黄豆清洗干净备用。

3、加入2500ml的水,把黄豆和水放入搅拌机, 把黄豆打碎成浆(分三次打烂)。

4、将打好的豆浆,倒入纱布内,过滤,并将纱布包起,绞干豆渣内的液体。

5、将豆浆烧开,撇去浮沫,用中小火煮20-30分钟(需要不停的搅拌,不然会粘底)。

6、加入适量的糖水便可食用。

Homemade Soy Milk

4. Pour the beaten soy milk into the gauze, filter, wrap the gauze, and wring dry the liquid in the bean dregs.

5. Boil the soy milk, skim off the foam, and cook for 20-30 minutes on medium and low heat (it needs to be stirred constantly, otherwise it will stick to the bottom).

6. Add the right amount of sugar water to drink.
