【🇲🇾马来小吃】炸番薯甜甜圈(Kuih Keria)的做法,脆脆甜甜超好吃!一定要试试做!

材料:番薯200g(去皮蒸熟,乘热压成泥)、面粉40g、盐½tsp

糖浆:白糖70g、清水25ml

做法:

1、番薯泥加入面粉及盐,用手搓均匀成软团后分成等份,搓圆压扁,中间用手指穿个洞。

2、将(1)投入滚油,炸至金黄色捞起,沥干油。

3、锅里加入糖及水,以中火炒至水分差不多干成浓糖浆(但不可变黄),投入(2),熄火不断炒至每个圈圈都沾上糖浆。

Kuih Keria

Material: 200g sweet potato (peeled and steamed, heat and press into puree), 40g flour, ½tsp salt

Syrup: 70g sugar, 25ml water

practice:

1. Add flour and salt to the mashed sweet potato, knead it with your hands to form a soft ball, divide it into equal parts, roll it into a round and flatten it, and make a hole in the middle with your fingers.

2. Put (1) into boiling oil, deep fry until golden brown, pick up and drain the oil.

3. Add sugar and water to the pot, stir fry over medium heat until the water is almost dry to form a thick syrup (but does not turn yellow), put in (2), turn off the heat and continue to fry until every circle is covered with syrup.
