大头菜蒸猪肉【steamed pork with preserved turnip】的做法,简单家常美味,超下饭!

材料:大头菜150克(剁碎)、半肥瘦猪肉碎300克

调味料:酱油少许、薯粉1 ½tsp、胡椒粉少许、麻油或葱头油1 tsp、黑酱油少许(调色-不放也可以)

做法:

1、将大头菜清洗干净,后切条用水浸泡至少2小时去咸味,然后切成细颗粒状。

2、猪肉碎里加入酱油、胡椒粉、薯粉、麻油、黑酱油拌匀。

3、加入切好的大头菜拌匀,再均匀地铺在碟子上放置1个小时让肉饼充分入味。

4、放入锅内以大火蒸15~20分钟即可上桌。

温馨提示:

浸泡大头菜的时候,可以提前尝一口,觉得咸度合适才跟猪肉碎搅拌,如果太咸就继续再浸泡一段时间,或者太淡了可以适当的加点酱油。

practice:

3. Add the chopped kohlrabi and mix well, then spread evenly on the plate for 1 hour to make the meatloaf fully flavored.

4. Put it into the pot and steam for 15~20 minutes over high heat.

Kind tips:

When soaking kohlrabi, you can taste it in advance and mix it with minced pork if you think the saltiness is right. If it is too salty, continue to soak it for a while, or if it is too light, you can add some soy sauce.
